Lead Boldly Nonprofit Leadership Experience

Enrollment for the next cohort opens on July 1, 2024.

The Lead Boldly© Nonprofit Manager Development Experience will develop a cohort of midlevel leaders from organizations across the nonprofit sector through an intensive, intentional, and practical development experience focused on 3 critical leadership pillars: Know Yourself – Know Your Team – Know Your Role

Details

  • The Experience is an in-person cohort model program open to nonprofits organizations – participants will experience the curriculum as a group. Sessions will not be open to individuals outside the cohort. The curriculum includes six in-person each quarter and up to 2 additional virtual sessions.

  • Each two-hour session will take place from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

  • Enrollment is open to participants from across the nonprofit sector. Organizations may enroll up to three midlevel (director, manager, or supervisor).

  • Total investment is $1,000 for the first employee. Organizations may enroll a second and third employee for $800 each.

We start by engaging leadership and program participants in the curriculum-development process from the beginning, Lead Boldly ensures that the material is relevant and specific to their work – and that they complete the program knowing themselves, their team, and their role more clearly.

Radical Application

All Lead Boldly experiences feature engaging content that is radically applied. Each session will require participants to apply their new skills to their work, not unrelated case studies or hypotheticals. One-on-one and group coaching are options to support participants as they integrate what they learn into their daily leadership practices.
