We engage leaders and participants in the curriculum-development process from the beginning, ensuring that the material is directly relevant and specific to participants’ work – and that they complete the program knowing themselves, team, and role more clearly. The program also offers one-on-one and group coaching to ensure new skills are retained and integrated into the participants’ work.
